3. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bet299 are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions that are stated at the time of each offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. bet299 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or mathematically neutral wagers to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and colluding with other users to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, bet299 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the account immediately.

4. Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All bets placed on bet299 are subject to the Platform's acceptance. bet299 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered, where a market has been suspended, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Wagers are not binding until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued.
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are available during qualifying events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any moment. bet299 is not liable for bets placed on incorrect in-play odds resulting from a data feed error or communication delay. All in-play settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform.
All casino games available on bet299, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fish games, use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by the software provider. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure mid-game, the round outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's documented rules.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
bet299 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bet299's reasonable control. bet299 is not liable for any losses â financial or otherwise â arising from platform unavailability, delays, or technical errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet299's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bet299 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses.
bet299 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, power failures, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
bet299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of scripted wagering;
- Multiple account creation;
- Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the user;
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
- Any conduct that bet299 reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance â including pending bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and promotional credits â may be forfeited at bet299's discretion. Where account closure is initiated by the user in good standing, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
9. Privacy & Data Protection

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English language version shall prevail in all cases.
